The DEATSCHWERKS Fuel Pressure Regulator with Adjustable Titanium Finish is a precision fuel management component engineered for high-performance fuel injection systems. This in-line regulator maintains consistent fuel pressure across a 30 to 100 psi operating range, making it suitable for both naturally aspirated and forced-induction engine builds. The titanium anodized aluminum construction provides superior corrosion resistance and durability in demanding under-hood environments.
The regulator features dual 6 AN inlets and return ports, standard for high-flow fuel system applications, plus a 3/16-inch vacuum line connection for manifold-referenced pressure adjustment and a 1/8-inch NPT gauge port for real-time pressure monitoring. The vacuum-referenced design automatically compensates for engine load, maintaining optimal fuel pressure during idle, cruise, and wide-open throttle conditions. This closed-loop approach prevents fuel rail overpressure during deceleration and ensures adequate flow during peak demand.
Tuners and engine builders favor adjustable regulators in custom fuel system installations, particularly for turbocharged and supercharged platforms where baseline fuel pressure must exceed factory specifications. The titanium anodized finish resists salt corrosion in marine engine compartments and offers improved thermal stability compared to bare aluminum. Compact dimensions allow installation in tight mounting spaces typical of modern engine bays.
DEATSCHWERKS is recognized for fuel system components that support motorsports and serious street performance applications. This regulator integrates with OEM and aftermarket fuel pumps, injectors, and rail systems that use AN fittings and vacuum-reference architecture.
