Description

The Lyman Digital Thermometer is a fast and accurate way to check the temperature of your casting alloy. The long 6 in. probe will work with the largest casting furnaces and keeps your hand away from molten lead. The large easy to read display can be set for Fahrenheit or Celsius and also features a hold button to lock a reading on the display.

  • Power: One 9-Volt Battery
  • Temp Range: -50 to 1832 degrees F / -50 to 1000 degrees Celsius
  • Accuracy: 0.5 percent +/-2 degrees Fahrenheit / 0.5 percent +/- 1 degree Celsius
  • Measurement rate: 2.5 measurements per second
  • Probe: K-Type thermocouple
  • Low battery indicator: "BT" displayed when the battery voltage drops below operating range
  • Battery Life: 200 hrs
