These hash marks allow for precise distance measurement and assist in proper hold-off for wind. The bottom half of the vertical crosshair provides trajectory compensation out to 700 yards. This reticle works well with fast flat-shooting cartridges to stretch out to long-distance targets with extreme accuracy optimized at 500 yards.
