This silica gel absorbs excess humidity from the air inside vaults, gun safes, and storage containers, preventing rust, corrosion, and mildew formation. The silica crystals change color when saturated, providing a visual indicator for when recharging is necessary. To restore its absorption capability, simply heat the crystals in a standard kitchen oven.
