The Luth-AR 5.5" Flash Hider uses 1/2x28 right-hand threads, which is the standard thread pitch for AR-15 rifles chambered in 5.56 NATO and .223 Remington. It will not fit 5/8x24 threaded barrels used on .308/7.62 platforms.
This flash hider is not pre-drilled for pinning and welding from the factory. If you need to permanently attach it to a barrel shorter than 16 inches to meet NFA length requirements, you will need to have the drilling performed separately before welding.
