The Fusion MS-AM504 is a 4-channel marine amplifier built for boats that need clean, balanced power without eating up rack space. At 14-7/16" long and just over 2" tall, the compact chassis tucks behind a helm or under a console while still driving a full deck audio setup. It puts out 500 watts peak and runs 2-ohm stable, so it can handle a pair of speakers plus a 10" subwoofer, or as many as four pairs of speakers wired two per channel. For anglers and cruisers running multi-zone audio, it covers the heavy lifting between the head unit and the speakers.
Fusion built this one with a Class-AB design and conformal coated circuitry to fight salt air and moisture, the two things that kill marine electronics fastest. The chassis uses stainless steel end caps and a stainless bottom plate, with heat-sink construction and Fusion's intercooled semi-conductor technology to keep temperatures in check under load. Output is rated at 65 watts per channel across four channels at 4 ohms, 100 watts per channel at 2 ohms, or 200 watts on two bridged channels at 4 ohms. Variable low and high pass filters, a subsonic filter, and bass boost up to +18dB let you tune each zone. A line-level output lets you daisy-chain a second amp, and 4-gauge power and ground terminals handle the current draw.
This amp fits boats running anything from a simple cockpit pair to a layered setup with tower speakers, in-cabin zones, and a dedicated sub. Frequency response runs 5Hz to 38kHz, so it has the low-end reach to drive a subwoofer while keeping highs clean. If you're building out a system, pair it with marine-rated signal cables and the right wiring kit to get the full output without voltage drop. It can drive a pair of speakers plus a 10" subwoofer, or up to four pairs of speakers wired two per channel in parallel at 2 ohms. Since it is 2-ohm stable, you can scale the system to match your boat's layout without overloading the amplifier.
Yes. The circuit board is conformal coated to resist salt air and moisture, and the chassis uses stainless steel end caps and a stainless bottom plate. Fusion designed it specifically for the marine environment, which is where most standard car amplifiers fail early.
It is rated at 500 watts peak. Per Fusion specifications, that breaks down to 65 watts per channel across four channels at 4 ohms, 100 watts per channel at 2 ohms, or 200 watts on two bridged channels at 4 ohms, all at 1% THD+N.
Yes. The MS-AM504 has a line-level output that lets you daisy-chain a second amplifier off the same signal source, which is useful when you want a dedicated amp for a subwoofer or additional speaker zones.
It accepts 4-gauge power and ground connections to handle the current draw at full output. Using properly sized wire and a matched fuse helps the amp reach rated power without voltage drop over the run from the battery.
