The CAA Micro Conversion Kit chassis turns a Smith & Wesson SD9VE or SD40VE pistol into a compact, braced shooting platform without permanent modification to the host gun. It drops the pistol into a rigid polymer shell, adds a stabilizing brace, and gives the shooter a stable cheek and shoulder reference for faster, more repeatable hits at typical defensive distances. This kit (MCKSWSD9) fits the SD9VE and SD40VE only, and is built for owners who want carbine-style handling from a pistol they already run. Construction pairs an aluminum barrel shroud with a polymer body, keeping the assembly light at 2.63 lbs while holding zero on mounted optics and lights. A top Picatinny rail runs the length of the unit for red dots, magnifiers, or backup irons, and side Picatinny rails handle weapon lights and lasers. The right-folding arm brace collapses for transport and storage, then deploys for a fixed shooting position. An extended stabilizer supports one-handed firing when needed. A front spare-magazine holder keeps a reload riding alongside the host pistol. Note that this kit does not fit the older SW9VE or earlier Sigma-series pistols, and it is not configured for suppressor use per manufacturer specifications.

Per manufacturer specifications, this kit is not configured for suppressor use. The barrel shroud does not provide clearance for a mounted suppressor on the host pistol.
