The Arizona E-z Fletch Carbon Fletching Jig Straight is a single-clamp tool that applies three vanes or feathers to a carbon arrow at the same time, in a straight fletch configuration. It's built for hunters and target archers who fletch arrows in volume and want every shaft to come out the same. Where multi-station tower jigs ask you to index and rotate the shaft three separate times, this Arizona fletching jig sets all three fletchings in one squeeze. That cuts build time and removes the indexing errors that creep in when you reposition a shaft by hand.
The carbon model is sized for standard carbon hunting and target shafts and lays down three straight fletchings in a single operation, holding consistent spacing arrow to arrow. The straight configuration drops vanes parallel to the shaft, which keeps arrow speed up and works well with shorter, low-profile vanes. The body measures roughly four inches per manufacturer specifications and weighs next to nothing, so it travels easily and fits a small bench setup. Yes. The jig holds and positions the vanes; you supply the fletching glue or tape. Apply your adhesive to each vane, load the shaft into the jig, clamp, and allow it to cure before removing.
