The Streamlight Sidewinder Boot features white LED with a 55 lumen high setting and 7 lumen low setting. It also has an integrated slide-in-place red filter. It uses two AA alkaline batteries but can also be used with two AA lithium batteries for increased run time. The tactile battery polarity indication on the body facilitates battery replacement in the dark and the battery compartment cap is hinged to prevent loss. It features a multi-function push-button power switch and the cord attachment holes provided in the battery compartment cover are capable of supporting 25 lbs of load. The high-impact, super-tough polymer body offers exceptional durability and it is waterproof to 1 m for 30 minutes. The Sidewinder Boot has a durable belt or clothing clip with integral helmet mount features.
