The LWRC IC Direct Impingement 5.56 NATO rifle with 16-inch barrel and M-LOK rail is a semi-automatic AR platform built for shooters who demand precision and modularity in a compact package. LWRC's IC Direct Impingement system delivers clean operation with reduced carrier tilt, while the cold hammer-forged spiral fluted barrel maximizes structural rigidity and heat dissipation during sustained fire. This gray-finished rifle ships with one 30-round magazine and accepts standard AR-platform ammunition.
The 16.1-inch cold hammer-forged barrel is threaded at 1/2x28 and fitted with an A2 birdcage flash hider, giving operators suppressor-ready capability while maintaining military-standard muzzle interface. The free-float M-LOK rail system decouples the handguard from the barrel, eliminating point-of-aim shift during accessory installation and improving accuracy potential across various shooting conditions.
