The Sharps Bros. MB47 1913 Milled AK Receiver is a precision-engineered component designed for shooters and gunsmiths who require dimensional accuracy and durability in 7.62x39 caliber platform builds. This milled receiver serves as the foundation for custom AK-pattern rifles, offering superior rigidity compared to stamped alternatives.
Manufactured from quality steel stock through full milling processes, the MB47 delivers the dimensional consistency and structural integrity that semi-automatic 7.62x39 builds require. The integrated 1913 Picatinny rail mounting system allows for the direct attachment of modern optics and tactical accessories, streamlining the build process.
Armorers and rifle builders benefit most from this component when assembling precision 7.62x39 rifles for various applications. Its milled construction eliminates gaps inherent in stamped designs, resulting in tighter tolerances and improved reliability under sustained fire conditions.
