The REDHORSE PERFORMANCE 1220-04-2 is a 4AN 120-degree PTFE reusable hose end finished in black anodized aluminum, built for fabricators routing fuel, oil, and high-pressure hydraulic lines in tight quarters. The 120-degree bend lets you clear obstructions and turn a hose back toward a port without kinking the line or forcing the hose into a hard radius. This female-socket fitting is part of the 1200 Series and is engineered specifically for the brand's 303 and 302 series PTFE hose. If you build dry sump, power steering, or fuel delivery circuits, this is the connection that holds pressure and lets you rework the line later.
Construction is 6061 T-6 aluminum, CNC machine-cut from in-house drawings, with a hand-polished body under the black anodized coating. The three-piece reusable design uses a compression ferrule and double Viton O-ring seals to create a leak-free joint rated past 3,000 PSI per manufacturer specifications. Note that this hose end is cut for the brand's 303 and 302 series PTFE hose and will not seal correctly on standard braided or push-lock hose. Reuse requires a fresh ferrule.
