The Vibrant Performance Banjo Hose End connects -8AN PTFE lined flex hose to a -8 Orb port using an integral banjo bolt design. It's built for fabricators and fuel system builders who route lines through tight clearances where a standard straight or angled fitting won't fit. The banjo body pivots around the bolt, so the hose can exit at the angle the chassis demands without kinking. This is a working part for fuel, oil, and coolant delivery on modified engines, and it pairs with the rest of our fittings, hoses, and valves lineup.
Vibrant Performance machines this fitting from 6061 aluminum alloy and finishes it in black anodize for corrosion resistance and a clean look against braided line. The swivel-style banjo head lets the hose end rotate during assembly, which takes the strain off the threads when you torque the bolt into a -8 O-ring boss port. The integral banjo bolt threads directly into the boss seat, sealing on its O-ring rather than tapered pipe threads, so you get a repeatable seal without thread tape. The -8AN socket on the body accepts PTFE lined flex hose specifically, since PTFE construction handles ethanol-blended fuels and high temperatures that wear out rubber-lined assemblies.
